|Abstract:||This Internship Report exposes a set of contents related to supervised practice activities in the area of business management, carried out at Longqi Europe, being included in the academic scope of the completion of the Master's in Management. The objectives of this internship are centered, in addition to the acquisition of practical skills for performing the role of manager, in identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Legal and Labor Conflict Management and Treasury Management. For this purpose, the qualitative methodology of data collection and analysis was used, using content analysis, document analysis, observation and meetings with the responsible employees, obtaining results that generally led to the achievement of the initially defined objectives. As a limitation, the restriction of the schedule for carrying out internship activities stands out. It is considered that, with a longer duration, it would be possible to achieve even better results.|
