| Abstract: | A lei fundamental assume historicamente um papel de garante e defesa das matérias de direitos, liberdades e garantias fundamentais e é em especial nesse âmbito que se estabelecem relações próximas com o direito penal e o direito processual penal. The fundamental law historically assumes a role of defense of raw and guarantees of rights, freedoms and guarantees and it is particularly in this context that are established close relations with the criminal law and criminal procedural law. |
