| Resumo: | O presente texto procura analisar a figura dos embargos de terceiro que passaram
a constar no âmbito dos incidentes da instância com o Código de Processo Civil de
1995. Note-se que tal análise tem como base a acção executiva para pagamento de
quantia certa. This text seeks to analyze the replevin that started to appear in the incidents of the proceedings with the Code of Civil Procedure 1995. This analysis is based on the enforcement procedure for payment of debt. |
