Abstract

O presente texto versa sobre algumas das problemáticas que envolvem o sistema de Justiça e, em consequência, também o processo executivo, que, por isso, o tornam incapaz, neste momento, de responder à urgência de uma resposta rápida por parte dos Tribunais.

The following text refers to some of the problematic issues that involve the system of Justice and, consequently, also the Executive Process, which, therefore, will make it unable, at the moment, to answer positively to the urgency of a quick reply from the Courts.
